Für Valves Counter Strike: Global Offensive wird momentan wieder einmal ein neues Update ausgerollt.
Der Patch bringt neben herkömmlichen Bugfixes und User Interface Anpassungen hauptsächlich Neuigkeiten für die GOTV Funktion. Unter Anderem sehen Spieler im laufenden Match über das Scoreboard nun, wieviele GOTV Zuschauer momentan Live zusehen. Man erlaubt nun auch eine viel größere Anzahl an Zusehern bei beliebten Live Matches. Kleine Tweaks gab es für die Map Nuke. Hier ist nun der Nebel etwas reduziert worden – möglicherweise aus Performance-Gründen, da im Steam Forum manche Benutzer mit schwächerer Hardware über die Map klagten.

– Added convar tv_dispatchweight which allows better control of load balancing in relay chains, defaults to 1.25 which for every 4 local spectators will send 5 spectators to each connected relay.

– Fixed not being able to equip the default weapon into a loadout slot that previously contained a decorated weapon.
– Improved decorated weapon material compositing to prevent dark patches on some weapons with clean exterior.
